Brassie Golf may establish rules regarding the number of players per simulator bay and maximum session durations.

   3. Payments

Brassie Golf accepts approved payment methods which may include credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options. Prices for simulator sessions, memberships, and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Failure to provide valid payment information may result in cancellation of reservations.

   4. Cancellations and Refunds

While using the golf simulators and equipment, users must follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Reckless behavior, misuse of equipment, or conduct that could endanger others may result in removal from the facility without refund.

Customers are responsible for any damages caused by misuse or negligent use of equipment or facilities.

Golf simulator use involves physical activity and the use of sports equipment. By using the facilities and equipment at Brassie Golf, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with golf activities.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur while using our facility, simulators, or equipment.

Customers agree that their use of the facility and website is at their own risk.

Brassie Golf LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the facility. Customers are encouraged to keep track of their personal items at all times.
